Meet Allison

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Licensed Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania

At the core of my work is a deep belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. I see meaningful growth and healing as rooted in connection—both with ourselves and others—which is why building strong, trusting partnerships with my clients is central to my practice.

I specialize in helping teens and adults struggling with anxiety and burnout to find deep healing and relief. I also help many individuals who are experiencing challenges stemming from being neurodivergent (autistic, adhd, AuDHD, etc) in this neurotypical world. My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as parts work, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with mindfulness practices. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent identities. I am dedicated to continuous learning and regularly pursue advanced trainings to deepen my skills and better support my clients.

My diverse background includes years of working in community mental health settings, supporting survivors at a sexual assault crisis center, serving as a social worker on a hospital psychiatry team, and teaching yoga, and working on farms across the country. These experiences inform and enrich the care I provide.

I find profound fulfillment in connecting with others through therapy and am committed to offering exceptional, compassionate care.

I genuinely love what I do.
