Therapy for Burnout Recovery and Prevention
Does this sound familiar?
You’re putting in long hours to meet sky-high expectations, and no matter how much you do, your to-do list just keeps growing. There’s no time to catch your breath, let alone recharge.
Maybe the pressure used to fuel your drive, but now it’s only leaving you overwhelmed and exhausted—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
You’re not showing up as the person you want to be. Instead, you’re more irritable, less patient, and struggling to focus the way you used to.
When it all feels like too much, you find yourself turning to scrolling, shopping, overeating, or other quick fixes to numb the stress—but the relief never lasts.
And the idea of taking a real break? That feels completely out of reach.
If this sounds like you, you’re not alone—and there’s a way forward.
“We have seasons when we flourish and seasons when the leaves fall from us, revealing our bare bones. Given time, they grow again.”
What is Burnout?
Burnout is a state of chronic emotional, physical, and mental stress that leads to feelings of fatigue, overwhelm, and the inability to meet demands. For neurodivergent individuals, navigating a neurotypical world can intensify these challenges, resulting in feelings of helplessness, cynicism, and a lack of motivation.
This condition can affect all areas of life—home, work, and social relationships—and over time, it may weaken your immune system and increase vulnerability to health issues. Factors that heighten the risk of burnout include long working hours, unrealistic expectations, high-stress environments, and perfectionism. For neurodivergent individuals, these stressors can create an even greater sense of exhaustion.
Therapy for burnout recovery with me is a compassionate journey toward healing and understanding.

Cultivate self-worth that is not dependent on productivity.
Grant yourself permission to put yourself first. Learn to say “no” to others when needed.
